About this product

The Haglöfs L.I.M Down Hoodie is a packable women's insulated jacket engineered for high-output activities in unpredictable weather. Its shell is constructed from Pertex Quantum fabric, a woven 100% recycled polyamide rated at 10D and 26g/m², treated with a PFAS-free DWR finish to repel water and dirt. The jacket is bluesign approved throughout. Insulation comes from RDS-certified H Down Platinum goose down with an 800 cuin fill power (90% down, 10% feather), treated with Nikwax to maintain performance in humid conditions and accelerate drying time. Haglöfs rates this hydrophobic down as capable of staying dry through up to 10,000 minutes of wet exposure. A micro-nano offset baffle construction on the body optimizes the warmth-to-weight ratio, while an elastic hood adds insulation when conditions demand it. Elastic cuffs, two zippered hand pockets, and reflective details round out the practical feature set. Available here in Tarn Blue to Frost Blue.

What people are saying

Reviewers consistently praise the Haglöfs L.I.M Down Hoodie for its exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio, ultralight feel, and impressive packability, making it a go-to layer for trail running, fast hiking, and summer backpacking. The 800-fill hydrophobic down and Pertex Quantum shell earn repeated credit for solid wind and light moisture resistance. The athletic, streamlined fit is generally well-received for active use, though multiple reviewers flag that sizing runs snug, recommending sizing up if layering a midlayer underneath. The most common criticism is that warmth is limited to mild to cool conditions, not sub-zero use. The high price point is also a recurring concern.
