• Monitors product prices on supported retail websites
• Allows you to set target prices and receive alerts
• Provides price history and trend information
• Sends back-in-stock alerts for unavailable products

3.1 Extension License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the greatgeardeals browser extension for personal, non-commercial price tracking purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.2 Extension Functionality

The browser extension:

• Detects product pages on supported retailer websites
• Sends product page URLs to our servers automatically for price extraction when you visit a product page
• Displays product information and allows you to track prices
• Stores authentication tokens locally in your browser
• Saves your price alerts to your account when you click "Track Price"

3.3 Retailer Relationships

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any supported retailers
• Retailers may change their websites at any time, which may affect extension functionality
• We do not guarantee price accuracy or product availability
• Retailers are not responsible for our service or any issues arising from extension use

3.4 Extension Updates

The extension may update automatically through your browser's extension store. Continued use of the extension after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms or the extension's functionality.

3.5 Extension Removal

You may remove the extension at any time through your browser's extension management settings. Removing the extension will delete all locally stored data including authentication tokens and preferences. Your server-side price alerts and account (if any) will remain until you delete them.

• Sign up with your email address
• Sign in with Google (OAuth)
• Create alerts without an account (email verification required)

4.2 Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4.3 Account Restrictions

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use another person's account without permission
• Create accounts using automated methods

6. Price Alerts & Notifications

6.1 Alert Creation

When you create a price alert:

• You authorize us to track the specified product
• You consent to receive notifications about that product
• You acknowledge that alert accuracy depends on retailer data

6.2 Email Communications

By creating alerts with an email address, you consent to receive price drop notifications, back-in-stock alerts, email verification requests, and service-related announcements.

6.3 Anonymous Alerts

If you create alerts without an account, you must verify your email address. Unverified alerts will be deleted after 24 hours.

6.4 Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email
• Adjusting settings in your account dashboard
• Deleting individual alerts
• Contacting us at support@greatgeardeals.com

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Efficient Business Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Product information (names, images, prices) belongs to the respective retailers.

Our Service links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your transactions with retailers are solely between you and them.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.

12.3 Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the ADR Institute of Canada Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
