The sticky patch of toe rubber is built into the rand, further improving jamming performance. Underfoot, the FriXion ECO outsole is made from 100% recycled rubber sourced from scraps of other La Sportiva products. The vegan Skinlike Microbase insole uses a three-layer construction combining 0.6 mm absorbent, anti-odor microfiber, a breathable adhesive layer, and 1.6 mm structural microfiber. The shoe is also constructed without any intentionally added PFAS.
