The core insulation is 187g of 850-fill DRY DOWN, which retains loft in damp conditions, supported by boxwall baffle construction that maximizes warmth and reduces cold spots. An additional 120g of synthetic insulation reinforces the shoulders and forearms, the zones most exposed to wear and moisture. Pertex Diamond Fuse overlays (90.7% recycled nylon) add targeted durability. The adjustable, helmet-compatible hood layers easily over climbing helmets, while an internal neck gaiter and high-mounted hem seal in heat during transitions. Five pockets, including two harness-compatible hand pockets, accommodate use with a climbing harness. The jacket carries a limited 2-year manufacturer warranty and is Bluesign Approved.
