The Oboz Bridger Ridge Mid GTX is a women's mid-cut hiking boot built for day hiking and backpacking, combining full-grain and nubuck leather uppers with a GORE-TEX waterproof-breathable membrane to keep feet dry across wet and rugged terrain. A protective rubber toecap and heel counter reinforce the areas most exposed to trail abuse, while the Trail Tread rubber outsole delivers reliable traction on surfaces ranging from loamy forest floors to dry hardpack. Underfoot, a dual-density EVA O Fit Insole Plus features cushioning urethane pods at the heel and forefoot, and the single-density midsole incorporates 10% bio-based EVA foam. A TPU chassis with a stabilizing nylon shank adds structural support on uneven ground. The boot weighs 578 g, uses a lace-up closure, and includes a removable insole. Leather is sourced from a Leather Working Group gold-rated tannery, and each pair sold contributes to Oboz's One More Tree reforestation program.
