The Rab Solar Eco 2 is a women's mummy-shaped sleeping bag built for spring camping, backpacking, and mountain trekking in variable conditions. Its Rab Sleep Limit sits at -2°C (30°F), with an ISO EN comfort rating of 4°C (39°F) and an extreme rating of -17°C (1°F), making it a capable three-season option. Both the outer and lining are constructed from 20D Atmos polyester ripstop, made entirely from recycled polyester and treated with a fluorocarbon-free DWR finish. The upper uses 100 g/m² Recycled Stratus Synthetic Sheet Insulation in a dual-layer concertina blanket construction to improve loft and warmth, while the base uses a lighter 60 g/m² version of the same insulation. Offset localized quilting reduces cold spots, and a close-fitting neck baffle with adjustable hood closure helps retain heat. The YKK three-quarter-length zip features an insulated baffle and anti-snag guard. Internal shoulder girth measures 150 cm, hip girth 128 cm, and the bag fits users up to 170 cm tall. Total weight is 910 g, and it packs down to 35 x 20 cm in the included compression stuffsack.
