On top of the foot, a combination of printed and molded high-friction rubber works together to improve durability, dexterity, and purchase during toe-hooks, with molded rubber concentrated in high-wear zones and printed rubber reducing bulk elsewhere. The tongue is constructed using Engineered Knit Technology for breathability and freedom of movement, while the synthetic upper and partial lining keep the fit close and sensitive. A minimalist midsole enhances feel on steep terrain, and a single Velcro strap allows quick, precise fit adjustments. The Shadow LV is offered as a unisex shoe in black.
