About this product
The Dometic RT Awning L (Tall) is a purpose-built privacy and shelter accessory designed specifically for use with the Dometic TRT 140 AIR roof-top tent. The Tall sizing makes it well suited to taller SUVs and off-road vehicles, accommodating the greater ground clearance and roofline height common to those platforms. Intended for car camping setups, it extends the usable living space around the tent by providing overhead coverage and side enclosure. As a companion piece to the TRT 140 AIR, it integrates directly with that tent system rather than functioning as a standalone shelter. The Tall variant addresses the fitment gap that standard-height awnings leave on lifted or high-clearance vehicles, giving overlanders and car campers a properly proportioned enclosure without improvised adjustments.
