The face fabric is 100% nylon with a PFC-free DWR finish, while stretch inserts (83% nylon, 17% spandex) enhance mobility and abrasion resistance. At a packed weight of approximately 454 g (1 lb 3.92 oz), it balances durability with packability. The regular-fit, hip-length cut includes a helmet-compatible adjustable hood, two zippered chest pockets positioned for harness compatibility, a zippered internal stash pocket, an internal mesh drop pocket, and two zippered underarm vents for active temperature regulation. A zip-off powder skirt adds snow protection when needed. The one-hand Cohaesive cord system adjusts both the hem and hood, and the jacket carries a limited two-year manufacturer warranty. It is part of Mammut's Recycled/Repurposed responsible collection.
