The Osprey Tempest Velocity 30 is a women's multi-sport pack built for fast movement across trail running, peak bagging, and ski touring. At just 970 grams (2.12 lbs) with a 30-liter capacity, it balances a lightweight build with a thoughtful feature set. The running-vest-inspired BioStretch harness and padded hipbelt use spacermesh over die-cut foam for breathable contact, while two elasticated sternum straps with cam-lock sliders and an AirScape backpanel (mesh-covered EVA foam on an Atilon framesheet) keep the load stable and ventilated. A hook-and-loop adjustable yoke allows up to four inches of torso adjustment. Pockets include 500ml soft-flask compatible shoulder pockets with stabilization loops, dual zippered hipbelt pockets, a large zippered phone pocket, dual-access stretch side pockets, and a stretch-mesh front shove-it pocket sized for a helmet. Dual SR-buckled side compression straps, low-profile pole and axe attachments, and lower sleeping pad straps add versatility. All fabrics are bluesign-approved, 100% recycled nylon with PFAS-free DWR treatment. Dimensions are 58 x 30 x 30 cm.
