The AirCushion back panel uses a proprietary 3D mesh that is over 90% open air, reducing pressure points and wicking moisture. A perimeter alloy frame and fiberglass anti-barreling cross-stay manage heavy loads stably. The shell combines 210-denier and 420-denier high-density recycled nylon, treated with a PFC-free DWR finish, while all suspension components carry Polygiene Stays Fresh odor-control treatment. Nine exterior pockets plus the main compartment, a sleeping bag compartment, U-zip front access, hipbelt pockets, and a hydration sleeve round out the organization. A rain cover is included.
