About this product
The Sea to Summit UltraLight Insulated Sleeping Mat in the Regular Women's size is a backcountry-ready sleeping pad built around a women's specific shape, wider at the hip and narrower at the shoulder for a tailored fit. Its Air Sprung Cell construction uses a single layer of medium-resolution cells to deliver 2 inches (5 cm) of cushioning across all sleeping positions. Thermal insulation combines Exkin Platinum radiant heat reflection with a THERMOLITE layer to prevent convective heat loss, resulting in a verified R-value of 3.5, suitable for three-season use. The 30/40D nylon shell features a white TPU interior with an antimicrobial treatment. At 451 g (15.9 oz) packed, the mat rolls down to a compact 4.25 by 9.5 inches. A multi-functional one-way valve simplifies inflation and deflation, and the integrated XPRESS valve works with the included Airstream pump sack. A repair kit and PillowLock compatibility for the Aeros pillow (sold separately) round out the package. Laid flat, it measures 168 by 55 cm.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the Women's UltraLight Insulated Sleeping Mat for its impressive combination of low weight, compact pack size, and genuine three-season warmth, crediting the Thermolite insulation and Exkin Platinum technology for keeping cold at bay. The women's-specific shaping, wider at the hips and narrower at the shoulders, earns repeated approval, as does the Air Sprung Cell construction, which delivers mattress-like comfort that many find superior to competing pads, especially for back sleepers. The Airstream pump sack and multi-function valve are called out as convenient and easy to use. The most common criticism is noise: some users describe a rustling or squeaky sound when shifting positions at night, though opinions are split on how disruptive this actually is. Side sleepers occasionally note that the 2-inch thickness can feel thin. A few reviewers flag the price as high for the category, and most agree the R-value is suited to three seasons but not winter camping.
