About this product

The Trew Gear Trillium Bib is an insulated women's bib pant built for resort skiing and snowboarding. Its shell uses a PNW 2-layer construction with a 200D x 300D 100% nylon face fabric, a 20D nylon lining, and a PFC-free DWR finish, backed by a 20,000mm waterproof rating and 20,000 g/m² breathability rating. Fully sealed seams keep moisture out, while 60g of zoned synthetic insulation delivers targeted warmth without adding unnecessary bulk. A regular fit accommodates layering, and two-way side zippers simplify both ventilation and restroom breaks. Dual zippered inner-thigh vents help regulate temperature during high-output runs. The double chest zippered kangaroo pocket and zippered thigh pocket offer practical storage, and integrated boot gaiters with durable cuff reinforcements protect against abrasion from edges and boots. Adjustable bib straps and an integrated RECCO reflector round out the feature set. Claimed weight is 1 lb 12.5 oz.

What people are saying

Reviewers consistently praise the Trillium Bib for its impressive warmth, crediting the 60g zonal synthetic insulation from waist to knees for keeping cold-prone riders comfortable even on the coldest resort days. The relaxed fit earns frequent compliments for allowing easy layering without feeling bulky, and the durable nylon oxford fabric is noted for being soft and quiet rather than stiff or crinkly. Users also highlight the well-placed zipper system, calling bathroom breaks surprisingly hassle-free for a bib. The inseam length is a recurring positive, particularly among taller women. The most common criticism is breathability: reviewers and the brand itself acknowledge the 2-layer insulated construction is the least breathable option in the lineup, making it better suited to cold inbounds days than high-output backcountry touring. Sizing can also require careful attention, with some buyers needing to exchange for a different size.
