Blaze 114 Skis

The Völkl Blaze 114 is a freeride ski built for off-piste and big-mountain terrain, with enough versatility to handle occasional on-piste runs and freeride touring. At 192 cm, it carries a 114 mm waist width and an 18-meter turn radius, a notably tight figure for a ski this wide that translates to surprising maneuverability in the backcountry. Tip and tail rocker, combined with an open radius at both the shovel and tail, help the ski float in powder and initiate turns with ease. A 0.3 mm titanal sheet is integrated into the 3D Radius Sidecut at the ski's midsection, just above the sidewall, adding precision and stability at speed, while the outer tip and tail zones remain titanal-free to preserve agility. The multilayer wood core uses FSC-certified wood alongside Völkl's Green Core technology, which replaces conventional PU foam with an Isocore made from recycled PET bottles, and the P-Tex 2100 base is also recycled. Flex increases with ski length so that riders of different sizes experience consistent performance across the range. Pre-cut skin compatibility is included.
