Flex ratings of 7 at the tip and 8 at both the waist and tail give it a progressive, responsive feel without being overly stiff. The w3Dgewall construction uses a 3D-molded, injected sidewall angled at its junction with the wood core, forming a mechanical bond that improves durability and edge grip while managing weight. Ash binding inserts reinforce retention points with a more sustainable material choice than conventional alternatives. The 2.5 Impact Edge is oversized and heat-treated to resist damage under hard use, and the S7 base is durable, low-maintenance, and formulated with a speed additive.
