About this product
The Co-op Siesta Hooded 20 Double is a two-person rectangular sleeping bag designed for car camping, rated to 20 degrees Fahrenheit (negative 6.6 degrees Celsius). Its relaxed, roomy shape gives both sleepers space to move comfortably, and inclusive sizing means it comes in Medium, Medium Wide, Long, and Long Wide cuts to suit different body shapes and preferences. The synthetic fill is made from 98% recycled polyester with a 2% polyester blend, and the shell is 100% recycled polyester, both carrying bluesign approval. Offset quilt construction adds loft and prevents cold spots throughout the bag. An insulated hood with a drawstring cinch is large enough to accommodate a standard pillow, and a toggle-and-loop system lets you divide it into two separate sections or open it into one large shared hood. Dual two-way zippers allow independent foot ventilation or full separation into two quilts. A draft collar, zipper draft tube, and PFAS-free DWR finish on the shell and lining round out the weather-resistance features. Two interior stash pockets and a stuff sack are included. The Medium version weighs 9 pounds 11.7 ounces and packs into a 50-liter stuff sack.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the Co-op Siesta Hooded 20 Double for its exceptional roominess, plush comfort, and strong value for car campers and couples. The wide rectangular cut, no-divider design for shared body heat, and oversized hood that fits a full-size pillow from home are frequently highlighted as standout features. The ability to separate the top and bottom into two quilts adds versatility that users appreciate. Warmth performance is generally rated as reliable down to the low 30s, though several reviewers note the rectangular footbox is less efficient than a mummy bag in truly cold conditions, and some recommend layering below freezing. The most common complaints are the significant bulk and weight (nearly 8 lbs for the double), making it strictly a car-camping bag, and zipper snag issues reported across multiple sources. The lack of a mesh storage sack is also noted as a minor omission.
