About this product

The HEAD Kaliber 11 R MV GW Boa is a men's expert-level all-mountain ski boot built around a high-durability PU shell and a Shell BOA fit system that wraps the foot evenly for micro-adjustable precision without pressure points. Its dual flex rating of 120/110, combined with Rear Support Tuning, lets advanced skiers fine-tune responsiveness to match their skiing style and terrain. The medium-volume RS 1850cc last measures 100 to 102 mm, sitting right at the verified 100.5 mm waist width, making it a strong fit for skiers with a standard to slightly wider forefoot. A Rental Synapse liner pairs with an HP frame footbed to deliver secure heel hold and efficient power transfer through each turn. Cuff Alignment accommodates natural leg geometry, while low-profile screwed micro-adjustable alloy buckles and a 40 mm Velcro strap complete the closure system. Available in Anthracite and Speedblue, sizes run from 250/255 to 300/305 mondo point.

What people are saying

Reviewers consistently praise the HEAD Kaliber MV GW BOA for its dual-BOA closure system, which delivers a precise, micro-adjustable fit that wraps the lower leg and foot evenly, with expert testers calling the cuff BOA a genuine performance advantage rather than just a convenience feature. The flex feel earns particular acclaim, described as progressive and well-distributed, with a balanced, neutral stance that suits a wide range of all-mountain conditions. The Graphene-infused Synapse Pro liner and anatomical 100mm last are also highlighted as standout comfort features. The most common criticism is weight, as the boot lands on the heavier end for fixed-cuff alpine boots. Some testers also note that managing two BOA dials and their cabling can feel fussy, and skiers sensitive to the loud ratcheting sound of the reels may find it off-putting.
