About this product
The HEAD Kore RS 105 GW is a women's freeride ski boot engineered to balance uphill mobility with race-inspired downhill performance. Built around an FR 1800cc last and a PU/SL shell, it incorporates HEAD's LYT Tech construction to reduce weight while preserving power transfer. The ski/hike mechanism allows free cuff movement on the ascent and locks into a strong, responsive connection for the descent, aided by a 53mm Power Strap. Four screw micro-adjustable Superleggera buckles deliver a precise, secure fit, and the KORE Pro Perfect Fit W liner adds comfort and thermal efficiency through PrimaLoft insulation. An HP frame footbed and foam wedge support underfoot feel, while FormFit shell materials improve flex retention and balance. Backcountry-ready details include Dynafit tech inserts for touring bindings, GripWalk curved rubber soles for natural walking movement, and a forward lean adjustment of plus 1 degree. Available in Anthracite and Light Blue.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the HEAD Kore RS 105 GW for its exceptional downhill performance, describing it as stable, strong, and quick to respond with a very alpine feel across all terrain. The improved walk mode (53 degrees of range of motion) and Dynafit tech inserts are highlighted as genuine assets for skiers who want one boot for both resort and short backcountry tours. The moldable shell and snug heel pocket earn consistent approval. The most common criticism centers on the extremely narrow, low-volume 98mm last, which suits narrow feet well but can cause painful pressure at the navicular and instep for others. Women with very slim legs also note the cuff does not grip as securely as they would like.
