Construction relies on sidewall architecture using ultra-high-density polyethylene walls over the edges for vibration damping and energy transfer, while the Aspen Paulownia wood core keeps weight manageable. The Fatty Base measures 1.7mm thick and the Fatty Edge comes in at 2.5x2.2mm for durability. Bio Resin technology reduces the resin carbon footprint by roughly 20 percent per ski.
