About this product
The Rab Mythic Sleeping Bag in 20F (rated to -6.67C) is a mummy-style bag engineered for fast-and-light backpacking and alpine use, where every gram is accounted for. At a packed weight of just 354g, it achieves that figure through a combination of 900-fill RDS-certified European goose down treated with a Grangers PFC-free hydrophobic finish and an ultralight 10D Pertex Quantum shell made from 100% nylon ripstop with a PFC-free DWR coating. The 10D Atmos recycled nylon lining incorporates Thermo Ionic Lining Technology, which reflects body heat back to the sleeper to reduce warmth loss. L.O.F.T 3D baffles limit down migration and eliminate cold spots without adding unnecessary weight. A tapered mummy cut, down-filled neck collar, and anatomically shaped hood and footbox work together to retain heat efficiently. The bag features a half-length zipper, includes both a compression stuff sack and a storage sack, and is available in regular and long lengths. A limited lifetime warranty is included.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the Rab Mythic 20F bag for its exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio, with 900-fill power goose down and an ultralight 10-denier Pertex Quantum shell keeping it well under two pounds. The proprietary TILT titanium interior lining, which reflects body heat back to the sleeper, draws particular attention as a genuine innovation. Build quality, soft liner feel, and a well-designed vaulted foot box are recurring highlights. The most common criticisms center on the short, minimalist zipper, which can snag and limits ventilation on warmer nights, and the narrow mummy cut, which some side sleepers and larger users find constrictive. A handful of cold sleepers also question whether the temperature rating holds up without base layers. The high price is frequently noted, though most reviewers consider it justified for the premium materials and construction.
