About this product
The Rab Mythic Ultra 360 is a high-performance sleeping bag engineered for mountain marathon runners and alpinists who prioritize minimal weight without sacrificing warmth. Its standout feature is Thermo Ionic Lining Technology (TILT), which coats the 7D ripstop nylon fabric fibres with titanium to reflect radiant body heat back to the sleeper while maintaining breathability. This allows Rab to use less down for a given warmth level, contributing to the bag's impressively low packed weight. The fill is 900-fill-power RDS-certified European goose down treated with Rab's fluorocarbon-free Nikwax Hydrophobic Down finish. EN 13537:2016-rated temperatures sit at a comfort of -2°C, a limit of -8°C, and an extreme of -27°C. The trapezoidal boxwall baffle construction promotes even down distribution and eliminates cold spots. The regular version weighs 645g and fits users up to 185cm, while the long version weighs 706g and accommodates users up to 200cm (230cm total length). A half-length YKK 3-coil zip, ergonomic hood and collar, angled foot box, and a compression dry bag complete the package. Filled in Derbyshire, UK.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the Mythic Ultra 360's outstanding warmth-to-weight ratio, driven by 900-fill hydrophobic goose down and Rab's TILT technology, which bonds titanium to the inner fabric to reflect body heat back to the sleeper. The bag earned "Product of the Year" at the UK Outdoor Industry Awards and real-world testers confirm it meets or exceeds its -8C temperature rating. The compact packed size, quality construction, and moisture-resistant down are also frequently highlighted. The most common criticisms center on the very high price and poor value-for-money scores from some outlets. Cold sleepers report mixed results on how much extra warmth the TILT lining actually delivers in practice. The double-slider zip is a recurring frustration, as it can be very difficult to reconnect with cold hands. The ultra-thin 7D nylon shell requires careful handling to avoid damage.
