The Rab Solar Ultra 3 is a women's specific synthetic sleeping bag engineered for cold-weather mountain use, carrying a sleep limit rating of -13°C (10°F) and an ISO EN comfort rating of 0°C (32°F). It packs down to 45 x 24 cm and weighs 1,270 g, making it a practical choice for fast-and-light alpine or backpacking objectives. The tapered mummy shape is cut narrower at the shoulders (142 cm internal girth), wider at the hips (120 cm), and slightly shorter in length than a standard fit, accommodating users up to 170 cm tall. Three layers of 100% recycled Stratus synthetic insulation are arranged in a concertina construction (180 gsm / 180 gsm / 60 gsm) to mimic down-like loft. Built-in TILT technology uses a 15 gsm aluminium-coated polyester scrim on the upper to reduce radiant heat loss by up to 15 percent without adding meaningful bulk. The 20D Atmos recycled polyester ripstop outer and lining both carry a fluorocarbon-free DWR treatment, and a three-quarter length YKK zip with an insulated baffle limits heat escape. A compression stuff sack is included.
